Matt is a seasoned engineering leader with a proven track record in delivering innovative optical solutions for defense, space, and commercial markets. As VP of Engineering and Programs at Eoptic, he oversees a high-caliber team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of optical technology.

Prior to his role at Eoptic, Matt held leadership positions at Ocean Insight, FluxData, Optech, Teledyne, and Geospatial Systems, where he successfully grew engineering teams, expanded product portfolios, and drove significant revenue growth. His expertise in systems engineering, opto-mechanical design, and program management has been instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions for industries ranging from aerospace to metrology.
