Pano Spiliotis co-founded Eoptic to create mission-critical electro-optical solutions that can withstand rigorous conditions and deliver uncompromising performance.

As a serial entrepreneur, he has served as President, CEO, and Co-Founder of FluxData, Inc., where he successfully led the sale of the business to Halma plc in 2017. Under his leadership, he created a new factory automation business unit that delivered unique inline color measurement instrumentation for leading electronics manufacturers. Prior to starting Eoptic and FluxData, he held the position of General Manager & Director of Airborne Imaging Products at Geospatial Systems, Inc. (Teledyne Technologies), where he managed day-to-day operations, developed financial and resource planning systems, and led significant M&A activities, including the merger with two Ultra-Wideband Radar companies.

He holds a B.S. in Imaging Science and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
